Act as the point of contact for employee and line manager queries for Time, Reward, Exit - supporting end to end case ownership and resolution
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by updating employee records in HR systems, enabling reliable reporting and informed business decisions.
Deliver smooth time and absence management by maintaining leave quotas, work schedules, and holiday calendars, supporting employee flexibility and clarity.
Safeguard compliance and payroll accuracy through data validation and timely updates,
Support organizational changes effectively by processing job data updates such as promotions, downgrades
Create positive employee experiences during moments that matter by managing documentation and payments with precision and care.
Maintain trust and transparency by preparing and other essential documentation promptly and accurately.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Business proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience in HR operations or a shared services environment is an advantage
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Shell People, and Salesforce is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
