About the role
Teaching is never a job for us, it's a passion! - Oversees and monitors subject delivery in accordance with the developed curriculum. - Plans and implements a comprehensive instructional programme in his/her subject and at the assigned levels, in consultation with the Department Head - Oversees the effective teaching of the subject (at the assigned levels) in the school and the effective conduct of tests and examinations on the subject - Sets out and implements training and professional upgrading plans for teachers in the subject with the help of head of departments. - Assists the Department Head in the management of the Department, including participating in decisions on professional and administrative matters concerning for the department. - Guides teacher in the subject by providing them with assistance whenever necessary. - Plans teaching materials according to schedule given and prepares the teaching substitution when needed. - Plans and manages resources for teaching and ensures that materials are fully prepared one month before delivery. - Develops teachers in his/her subject areas through classroom observations, induction of new/relief teachers, conference, and workshops - Conducts assessment according to the student's learning processes. - Delivers requests from parents in preparing occasional report/s regarding certain students. - Makes report/s on progress about the children's learning activity. - Campaigns the necessity of using library for academic activities. - Arranges various programmes with students as the main participants & contributor. - Arranges planning and preparations for students to join various competitions. - Management Support Activities: o Provides report/s to Direct Supervisor o Suggests improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Performs activities related to Quality Management System o Performs additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by the Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: - Minimum holder Bachelor Degree (S1) Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or - Minimum 4 years working experience Are you looking for a dynamic workplace?
