Support MES go-live and post-go-live activities on the shopfloor
Help define and improve shopfloor workflows across functional areas such as production, quality, logistics, process and planning
Assist with change management, helping operators and personal transition to new workflows
Support data migration and analysis
Build digital tools, dashboards, and simple applications using Microsoft tools
Co-develop training materials (one-pagers, instructions) for shopfloor users
Work closely with operators, engineers, planners, and supervisors in a hands-on manufacturing environment
You Are the Right Fit If You
Are a Bachelor's student in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, other Engineering, or similar
Are fluent in Dutch and English
Have strong interest in digital / smart manufacturing and MES
Are comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Platform; SAP exposure is a plus)
Are hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn in a production environment
Prior MES or SAP experience is not required.

We are looking for a Smart Manufacturing Intern to join our Production Engineering team at the Delft site. In this role, you will support a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) replacement project, part of a global smart manufacturing template rollout.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the interface of operations, smart manufacturing, and change management, with strong exposure to the shopfloor.
Duration: 4-6 months Workload: Full-time (36 hours/week) Location: Delft (on-site)
