Responsibilities
- Program & Portfolio Enablement:
- Drive planning and execution of F&C programs across their lifecycle, ensuring readiness for sales and smooth service delivery.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor team members, building strong program management and enablement capabilities.
- Required:
- 7-10 years of experience in program management, service operations, or business transformation
- Proven experience in multi-country/regional roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in change management and program deployment
- Preferred:
- Background in Field Services, Channel/Partner ecosystem, or service delivery
- Experience working in global-to-regional execution models
