Financial Forecasting & Analysis : Review large data sets and translate them into actionable financial forecasts, ensuring weekly performance is accurately translated into monthly financials.
Performance Leadership : Coordinate and lead weekly and bi-weekly performance review calls with executive leadership, focusing on forecasting and budgeting.
Profitability Management : Track and manage site-level profitability, providing clear insights on key drivers and identifying targeted opportunities for operational improvement.
Strategic Advisory : Serve as a key financial advisor to operational and commercial leaders, aligning short, medium, and long-term financial insights with organizational risk assessments.
Stakeholder Influence : Proactively challenge assumptions and provide value-adding recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance at a senior level.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
5 years of experience as a senior analyst or finance partner with a background in Business to Consumer (B2C), logistics, or consumer goods. Preferred: A professional accounting qualification.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling , advanced spreadsheet skills, and the key business drivers within a complex operational environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills , with mandatory fluency in English, to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrable experience working with, challenging, and influencing senior non-financial stakeholders to make commercially sound decisions.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with the maturity to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment.
