Can perform all assigned duties of a Level I and Level II
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Proficient in operating a wide variety of tools and instruments (including micrometers, calipers, voltmeters and other gauges; hand tools, power tools, computers)
Advise supervisor of problems and make suggestions and repairs as needed
Performs machinery and equipment examinations to troubleshoot for defects in operation; troubleshoots equipment containing a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) using ladder logic, other tools and analysis
Proficient working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
Prepare reports on improving operations
Proficient in Ohm's Law (Electrical formulas and equations) and NEC (National Electric Code)
Will be required to fill in for Supervisor as needed and demonstrate leadership qualities
Be able to train lower level partners in all aspects of maintenance, safety, quality and production expectations
Understands and practices the concept of Customer Service as it relates to an internal customer
Must have and teach interpersonal skills and leads and drives teamwork culture
Must complete CPI Training (methodology)
Assist with training as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-8 years' experience minimum in an industrial environment working within a maintenance (electrical/mechanical) department as a Maintenance Electrician/ Technician
Experience working with troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs - 3 years
Basic understanding of MS Office (Word / Excel)
Experience computing rate, ratio, and percent and drawing and interpreting bar graphs
Familiar with Rockwell software a plus

Maintenance Technician III will be to have an expert level of knowledge of all plant machinery, including controls and subsystems. You must be able to operate machinery to produce Trojan products and components. As the Maintenance Technician III you will perform maintenance on all plant machinery (hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.) utilizing proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery. Maintenance Technician III will comply with all safety requirements and proper use of PPE as well as understand and follow the Quality policy and Lean initiatives.
