About the role

About you: Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science & Technology, or related majors At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst or related role, with proven experience in supply chain system implementation, 3rd-party IT vendor management, and BI database development. Solid technical foundation in ERP or sub systems, proficient in business analysis methodologies, system requirement modeling, and project management basics. Hands-on experience in BI database development, including proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, ETL tools, and BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP repots) is preferred. Familiarity with SQL database development background is a strong plus. Knowledge and experience in SAP PP module are highly desirable and will be a significant advantage in the selection process. Proven experience in third-party IT vendor management, with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage vendor relationships effectively. Good English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
