Oracle Developer - Financial Markets

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines , and integration processes
• Develop robust Oracle-based data solutions powering transactional and near real-time systems
• Implement high-performance, secure, and scalable data processing pipelines
• Build automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for data workflows
• Collaborate with global teams in an Agile setup , driving continuous improvement
• Own your solutions end-to-end: design → implementation → testing → production support
• What you bring
• Core expertise
• Strong Oracle / SQL (5+ years) Advanced PL/SQL development: stored procedures, packages, functions
• Experience with triggers, views, materialized views, and performance tuning
• Understanding of transaction management, locking, and optimization
• Experience building database-centric middleware / data integration layers
• Python & shell scripting (5+ years) for automation and data processing
• Experience designing data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, modelling, storage)
• Experience with near real-time or transactional systems
• Engineering mindset
• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus)
• Comfortable working in distributed, international teams
• Domain & extra points
• Experience working in banking (5+ years), ideally Financial Markets
• Knowledge of Exchange Listed products (Equities, Commodities)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum
