Position Summary: Help the sales team in fostering client relationships and capturing residential new home sales by demonstrating product features and providing relative information to potential home buyers. Provides administrative support throughout the sales contract process.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Provide extraordinary customer service and must completely understand and effectively communicate all product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage process to help guide prospects/buyers.
Prepare various reports accurately and completely including competition reports for all the company's competitors in their division, Sales and Traffic reports for the communities.
Answers telephones and schedules appointments for sales consultants.
Greet potential home buyers and provide community brochures/information
Collates sales materials including brochures and literature; maintains appropriate supplies.
Ensure model home is clean and orderly (remove all trash, stock fridge, etc.)
Timely opening and closing of model home and complete opening/closing checklist
Assist Sales Professional with various activities including but not limited to updating CRM systems
Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above.
