Position : Service Team Lead (Marine Navigation Systems) Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange Working hours : 5 Days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm) Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $6500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Annual leave + Parking claim + Overseas claim Duration : Permanent Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC Main Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support the service engineering team in daily operations. Plan manpower allocation, scheduling, and deployment of engineers for onboard service and commissioning activities. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to service engineers. Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards. Promote a strong safety culture and professional work environment. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of marine navigation and communication systems. Support onboard service activities for commercial vessels, naval vessels, and offshore platforms. Ensure service jobs are executed in accordance with technical specifications, class requirements, and customer expectations. Review service reports, technical findings, and corrective actions before submission to customers. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support, spare parts, and warranty matters. Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service matters. Manage customer expectations and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate service schedules, quotations, logistics, and project timelines. Attend technical meetings, vessel inspections, sea trials, and project discussions when required. Support business development by identifying service opportunities and customer requirements. Ensure all service activities comply with company quality standards, ISO requirements ,and marine industry regulations. Maintain proper documentation and service records. Ensure engineers comply with vessel safety procedures and customer site requirements. Participate in internal audits, process improvements, and corrective actions.
