We are looking for a Qualitat ive Te am Lead to lead a team of 5-8 Senior Project Managers, ensuring the successful execution of client projects, while maintaining high levels of client sat i sfaction , a nd driving operational excellence . In t his role , you will se rv e a s a key liaison between clients and internal teams , ensuring all projects align with business objectives and client expe ctations. Candidates must be based in Mexico and authorized to work in Mexico without current or future sponsorship requirements. How You'll Make an Impact: Lead and coach Senior Project Managers to deliver high-quality qualitative research at speed, meeting client expectations and enabling better, connected insights. Translate client objectives into clear qualitative research plans, actionable execution strategies, and measurable outcomes. Build and maintain a culture of client-first execution and continuous improvement- developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team that meets Konovo's standards for service excellence. Remove blockers quickly in a fast-paced, tech-enabled services environment by resolving delivery risks, stakeholder misalignment, and client escalations with strong judgment, resolution, and problem-solving skills. Drive predictable execution across concurrent studies by prioritizing effectively, managing dependencies, and maintaining quality in a high-volume environment. Improve operational visibility and rigor by using project management and CRM tools to track progress, risks, and outcomes that support faster, better, connected insights for healthcare clients.
