Interpret and communicate changes and developments to sustainability disclosure regulations and standards, with a particular focus on those which impact NatWest Group's EU-based subsidiary climate and sustainability-related disclosures
Analyse complex and changing sustainability regulations, and prepare approaches, break down work, and finalise deliveries to achieve regulatory compliance
Use agile project management tools on a daily basis, including Jira and Confluence, along with Scrum or Kanban delivery methodologies
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement activity, and be comfortable seeking opportunities to constructively challenge inefficiencies and experiment with technology solutions
Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
Trace and link business requirements to future state design
Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing user acceptance testing

You'll also need:
Experience of sustainability or climate-related reporting, such as TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, or ESG regulatory disclosures within financial services
Experience of regulatory reporting within Finance, and a proven track record of analysing and understanding complex regulations and delivering to mandatory timelines
Experience of working with finance systems or non-financial ledgers within a banking context
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate complex issues to senior management
A proven track record of using agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and experience of following Scrum or Kanban delivery methodologies
Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function
Strong stakeholder management skills
