Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in retail and urgent care clinic settings
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic tests
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions
Deliver health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness education
Support health promotion initiatives within the clinic setting
Utilize strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Float between clinic locations and adjust scheduling to meet patient demand and market needs
Requirements
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in Missouri and Kansas (or ability to obtain)
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
Ability to practice independently within scope
Flexibility to travel between clinic locations
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Preferred Experience
Ideal background in urgent care, convenient care, or retail clinic settings
Also welcomes experience in Emergency Department (ED), Med-Surg, or ICU settings
New graduates are encouraged to apply if they have prior RN experience in ED, Med-Surg, or ICU
