Role Overview and Core Responsibilities The Senior Data Operations Analyst role is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast-paced work environment Onboarding, managing, analyzing, and validating the quality of data across multiple environments Manage data applications across multiple platforms Monitor day-to-day data operations and operational processes Configure and maintain data flows, application jobs, and scheduled processes Analyze data to identify data quality issues and application deficiencies Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis Create and review reports to assess the operational health of production applications Assist in the development and expansion of data quality programs and initiatives Prepare and present analysis results to business partners and stakeholders Required Knowledge and Experiences Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow data flows and onboarding procedures Experience analyzing and validating large volumes of data Experience troubleshooting data operations processes Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Demonstrates strong organizational and documentation skills Required Technical Skills 3+ years of experience with SQL, including SQL Server Management Studio, PostgreSQL (pgAdmin), or Google BigQuery Ability to read and interpret data reports using Tableau or similar BI tools We're also looking for the preferred skills below.
