Prospect, qualify, and close new healthcare linen and scrub rental opportunities within the assigned market.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Serve as the primary driver in qualifying and advancing high-potential opportunities.
Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with both executive-level and end-user stakeholders.
Develop a holistic account strategy to grow revenue across both new and existing customers.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning Novo solutions to operational and clinical priorities.
Strategic Collaboration
Partner closely with the VP of Enterprise Solutions and Director of Sales to develop strategic, account-level marketing and growth plans.
Function as the local sales leader, facilitating high-impact meetings with key decision-makers.
Support corporate marketing initiatives and broader enterprise sales strategies.
Operational Discipline
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect and customer activity in CRM systems.
Manage expenses responsibly in alignment with budgetary expectations.
Represent Novo professionally and consistently in all internal and external interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Required / Preferred Experience
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the local healthcare market.
Proven track record as a hunter , closing complex service-based contracts.
Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling .
Prior participation in a formal, structured sales training program is highly preferred.
