Brand & Industry Presence
Represent Microchip at leading industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums.
Deliver high‑quality technical papers and presentations that reinforce Microchip's leadership in the Aerospace & Defense FPGA market.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in FPGA field applications, technical sales, or semiconductor business development
Exceptional communication skills-able to clearly articulate technical value and listen effectively to customer needs
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment across engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Strategic mindset with a passion for shaping technology direction and customer success
