About the role
Your main duties, will include: Lead the translation of Swarovski's global distribution strategy into a locally relevant plan for the market cluster. Drive brand accessibility and sustainable growth through the right channel mix across Direct Retail, Independent Retail, and Multi ‑ Brand partners. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, aligned with the Brazilian market. 3+ years of professional experience in a senior role within Real Estate, Distribution Development, Retail Expansion, or Commercial Development. Demonstrated leadership experience driving distribution or real estate strategy in retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods environments. Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and long ‑ term portfolio performance. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations, evaluate business cases, and make data ‑ driven strategic decisions. Strong track record of building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders across local and global, cross ‑ functional teams. Solid understanding of retail operating models, commercial levers, and physical network performance. Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment and willing to travel as required. Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and intermediate Spanish.
