Strong background in Guest Services and/or Premium player fields
Demonstrates the ability to manage and maintain larger database of clients
Demonstrates high quality of guest relationship management and keen ability to sell
Experience in gaming marketing field, and relevant experience in event and promotion field, is an advantage
Knowledge in Philippine gaming business is an advantage
At least one-year experience in sales or customer service field, preferably in gaming marketing is preferred.
II. Education
Tertiary qualification preferably a Degree holder or above in Business Administration or marketing field is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Host, Global Marketing is responsible for the new and existing premium mass business by identifying and developing premium mass players from existing database and from their network outside of the property. To maintain and enhance relationships with his/her own premium players database, achieving client quotas and any other key performance indicators as specified by the Management. The Senior Host, Global Marketing is expected to provide professional service to his/her guests throughout the visit to the property and to maintain personal contact with the guests for future visitation and assistance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, develop and/or acquire new business and potential players
2. Achieves client quotas, performance targets and business goals as assigned by the Management
3. Provide professional customer relationship services with new and existing patrons and provides quality guest service experience
4. Acquire and develop new premium players by identifying their interests and encouraging constant return trips through the pertinent player events
5. Support marketing events, programs and projects that will encourage new and existing patrons to visit the property
6. Ability to maintain and manage a database of players according to the Management's expectations
7. Ensures comfortable guest stay and must be well informed of existing promotions through direct mail, telemarketing, and in-house contact to encourage constant trips to the property
8. Ensures and strictly maintains guest information confidentiality at all times
9. To maintain a professional guest relationship to his/her guest by providing premium guest experience
10. Performs other assigned task by the Manager, Global Marketing
