Job Description Finders Keepers are a highly respected, leading sales and letting agent with offices across Oxfordshire. We have a dedication to professionalism and quality service within the property industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuer to join our successful team in Banbury. As a Valuer you will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and converting leads to secure new instructions for the letting office. Key responsibilities include: Development and implementation of a new business strategy Actively create contacts and leads for business generation Attend networking events to build strong local relationships Source potential new business opportunities Successfully convert new business opportunities Attend market appraisal appointments, sell the FK service and bring on new clients for all FK divisions Bring energy and focus to the team, always leading by example Proactively increase the income for the office Knowledge, skills and experience required to be a successful Valuer: Minimum three years experience in sales/lettings estate agency Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets Naturally hungry for new business conversion Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation Strong legal knowledge via Property mark Technical Award qualification
