Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the "Zero and Beyond" safety goal/initiative.
Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
Performing setups in accordance with established procedure.
Loading/unloading equipment.
Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.
Participating in cross-training activities
Performing other duties as required or directed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
Opportunity to be trained and drive fork-lift if needed.
Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
