The Associate will prepare executive-level presentations, briefing materials and talking points for internal and external engagements. This role will partner across investment teams and firm functions to help drive coordination, execution and follow-through on key strategic priorities. The Associate will help manage incoming requests, prepare briefing memos and support day-to-day operational and strategic efforts across the leadership team. What are we looking for? Bachelor's or equivalent degree with a strong record of academic achievement and 2-5 years of professional experience. Strong interest in financial markets, geopolitics, public policy and macroeconomic developments. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise materials for senior audiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and navigate a large, matrixed organization. Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience in government, public policy, strategy, research or related environments is a plus. A strong work ethic, high attention to detail and a high degree of professional integrity. For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$116,000.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
