WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
We are seeking a Delivery Excellence Principal - Securities Operations to help shape the future of our operational platform and delivery model, with reconciliation excellence as a core capability. You will join a small, high‑impact team within a large organization, with a clear mandate to influence how Securities Operations scale. This role is designed for someone who combines deep securities operations knowledge and strong reconciliation expertise with the drive to turn complex problems into implemented scalable solutions. Acting as a catalyst for change, you will work across teams to streamline onboarding, industrialize reconciliation, and elevate platform usage - partnering closely with operational teams to enable delivery at scale. With significant autonomy and visibility, you will help move Securities Operations from bespoke execution to controlled, automated, and industrialized excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Drive high‑impact delivery initiatives from idea to implementation.
Design and embed best‑practice reconciliation models across asset classes.
Reduce manual breaks through automation, standardization, and stronger controls.
Enable teams through knowledge sharing, coaching, and clear solution design.
Act as a platform authority on the SimCorp platform and influence best‑practice usage.
Translate operational challenges into concrete solutions and process improvements.
Lead complex client onboardings with a focus on scalable, repeatable setups.
Define and maintain standards, documentation, and governance to ensure reuse and scale.
