Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clear and schedules run smoothly
Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short timelines
Support day-to-day operations of the Partner, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and activities
Maintain and organize data across systems, including contact management and tracking interactions and initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Growth Support Team and colleagues across the firm
Improve administrative processes by building systems that enhance efficiency and organization
Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
Manage expense reporting, including receipt collection and monthly submissions
Ideal Candidate Background:
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting environments is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
Interest in using technology and tools to improve workflows and productivity
