Staff Software Engineer - Infrastructure

About the role

CharterUP is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Infrastructure to architect, build, and own the core platform and infrastructure systems that power our two-sided marketplace. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and application teams to design and operate scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support our rapidly growing business. In this role, you will lead initiatives across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, observability, and data systems-ensuring our applications and services can scale efficiently while enabling fast, high-quality product development.
