Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years client-facing or analytical experience
Industry experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented
Fluent in Japanese and English
CFA, CMA, or MBA a plus
Adaptable and eager to learn
