- Familiarity with contract documentation, change management, and payment tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SiteManager or similar construction management systems preferred.
- Prior experience working on New York State Department of Transportation (Region 10) projects highly beneficial.
- EIT certification is a plus
