Sales and Marketing Executive (Material Planner)

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the Company's eco-friendly tile products to showroom visitors, customers' offices, and via digital channels to increase sales
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Coordinate and facilitate marketing campaigns for new product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent account servicing and timely responses to inquiries
• Prepare and provide product samples and pricing information promptly to support customer decision-making
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and product specifications effectively to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect payments from customers in accordance with agreed terms to support company cash flow
• Work collaboratively within a 5-day work week including Saturdays, with Sundays and public holidays off
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in account servicing to manage key customer relationships effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and internal teams professionally
• Business savvy with a proactive approach to pursuing sales leads and achieving targets
• Keen eye for design and color to align product offerings with customer preferences
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with diverse customer groups
