Assistant Manager, Concierge

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated Concierge team to achieve excellence in daily operations
• Service Excellence : Enhance and uphold bespoke service standards, ensuring every resident interaction is seamless, professional and personalized
• Strategic Partnership : Work closely with the Management Team to align concierge operations with the overall estate management goals
• Operational Management : Oversee roster planning, handle complex resident inquiries and ensure the lobby and communal facilities reflect the luxury status of the development

Requirements

• Experience : Proven track record in luxury hospitality, premium residential services or high-end guest relations
• Soft Skills : Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership : Strong team-building skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff
• Flexibility : Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends) on a rostered basis
• Availability : Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as working on Public Holidays.
