Senior Director- Plant Operations

Responsibilities

• This role is about transformational leadership. You will:
• Define and execute a clear, forward-looking strategy for the plant
• Build and inspire high-performing, engaged teams
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity gains, and quality improvements
• Embed a continuous improvement culture
• Lead new product introductions and technology transfers
• Deliver against ambitious financial and operational targets
• Quality, Compliance & Safety at the Core
• You will champion a zero-defect, safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards and driving environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• What You Bring
• Proven leadership in complex, regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience leading large-scale operations (500+ employees)
• Strong track record in continuous improvement
• Ability to lead in a matrix, global organization
• Experience working with regulatory bodies
• Strong business acumen with P&L accountability
• Education
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Additional Details
• Travel: up to 25%
• Language: English required
