Responsibilities
- Design packaging and product graphics using correct dielines, margins, UPC placement, benefit callouts, legal copy, and retailer requirements
- Build multi-page product catalogs and line sheets for sales and e-commerce using consistent grids, SKU details, feature icons, lifestyle imagery

Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience (internship, freelance, in-house, or agency)
- Strong portfolio that shows packaging, product graphics, catalog/line sheet layouts, e-commerce assets, branding systems, or illustration
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus. AI programs for design
- Ability to work within dielines and prep clean, production-ready print files (bleed, safe area, linked images, outlined fonts, etc.)
- Ability to follow established brand guidelines and also extend them across new items within the same line
- Comfort working with data-driven layouts (for example: using CSVs to populate product info/imagery across multiple catalog pages)
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools and the ability to edit/retouch AI output for realistic, brand-appropriate use
- A keen eye for typography, hierarchy, color, and photography - especially on packaging fronts and e-commerce hero images
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (correct specs, correct colorway, correct product features shown)
- Clear communicator who can take feedback, work methodically, and hit deadlines
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
