Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to drive new partner acquisition through both existing target-partner lists and identification of new partnership opportunities
Build, manage, and grow strategic partner relationships while maintaining accurate opportunity forecasting and pipeline management
Prospect and develop opportunities externally as well as within existing customer and partner accounts
Conduct in-depth discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to uncover business needs and establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and bring in VP of Partnerships leadership when appropriate to support strategic account engagement, partnership alignment, and deal advancement
Partner closely with Sales Engineering to validate solutions and recommend Constant Contact products and services that best align with customer objectives
Prepare and present compelling proposals while negotiating profitable long-term licensing agreements and partnership terms that support revenue growth initiatives
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics established by leadership
Requirements
5+ years of proven success in strategic and consultative selling within strategic partner and enterprise environments
Experience selling to enterprise organizations, large partner networks, technology organizations, and strategic technology partners
Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle
Strong pipeline management discipline with excellent follow-up and forecasting capabilities
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills paired with a naturally curious and solution-oriented mindset
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
