- Your profile:
- Experience in patient recruitment campaign design, digital marketing strategy, and vendor tactics to generate patient traffic for enrolling trials
- Site or site-network level experience in patient recruitment preferred (CRO, sponsor, and/or vendor-level patient recruitment experience is acceptable
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving recruitment goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and effectively advocate for patient participation
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating recruitment performance metrics and using data to drive strategic decisions
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving patient access to clinical trials and enhancing the overall patient experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, as well as familiarity with social media platforms for outreach efforts
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

The Senior Patient Recruitment Lead will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing patient recruitment initiatives for clinical trials. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that recruitment efforts are effective, efficient, and aligned with the goals of the studies, ultimately enhancing patient access and engagement. This role is with Accellacare , part of ICON's clinical research network, where you'll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.
