Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Duties
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; open and distribute mail.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and vendors, providing general support.
  • Assist with staff birthday celebrations, festive activities, team bonding events, and other company functions.
  • Manage and order pantry supplies.
  • Perform other receptionist tasks as assigned, including:

  • Support manpower recruitment, procurement, payments and finance-related activities.

  • Carry out other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (including payroll).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
