As a result of several ongoing significant project wins across the region and based on our growth strategy, AECOM's Industrial and Civil Infrastructure (CI) teams are looking for a passionate and highly driven Civil Engineer / Project Manager who is looking to further develop their career in leading, winning and delivering civil infrastructure and multi-discipline projects. This new role will enable us to continue to support our current internal and external clients, whilst focusing on new pursuits to further grow and sustain our team. Typical types of engineering projects for our Industrial / CI customers relate to: light vehicle / heavy vehicle roads, water mains, mine-site water management, water modelling / drainage, levees, dams, pumping/piping infrastructure. Working with a high performing team, you will assist in sourcing, winning, managing and delivering projects for a diverse range of clients from Local Government, BHP and other mining / civil infrastructure clients. As part of this role you will not only perform technical Civil Engineering / project delivery activities, but you will also actively identify opportunities for developing new service offerings, and mentor and coach junior engineers. We are seeking a future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth in AECOM - an individual who is looking to be continually challenged and develop their career into a multitude of potential pathways within a global organisation. About You Demonstrated experience in successfully winning and delivering Civil Infrastructure projects to a high standard, within budget and on time; Passionate about developing yourself to be a future leader and initiator of our local strategy to grow the CI and Industrial groups capability; Love working with people and passion to mentor and lead teams plus interact with customers; 10+ years' experience. Your ability to mentor others, deliver on promise and building / maintain strong client relationships will be key to your success in this role.
