Multimedia Producer

About the role

We're seeking a Multimedia Producer with a strong team mentality and proven experience in real estate media. This role will focus on producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video property tours as well as social-first video content designed to amplify agent brands and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in both production and editing and comfortable providing direction and guidance to on-camera talent. You should bring deep knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, and be well-versed in optimizing footage for cross-platform distribution. We're looking for someone who is equal parts organizer and creative, able to thrive in a start-up culture, juggle multiple projects, and deliver impactful, polished work.
