KAYAK is seeking an Office Manager for our Kaunas office to create exceptional in‑office experiences that help teams connect and collaborate. As a member of the Global Workplace Experience team, you will drive daily operations, first impressions for new hires, and engaging on‑site events, shaping the small moments that boost engagement and productivity. This role will be required to work from our Kaunas office 5 days per week with occasional work in our Vilnius space . In this role, you will: Run daily office operations: perform walkthroughs, supervise shared spaces, and manage furniture, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness. Create a positive, inclusive workplace: greet employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors; build relationships to understand needs and improve experience. Manage supplies & vendors: coordinate purchasing, inventory, vendor communication, and invoice processing. Coordinate food & beverage needs: set up and manage snacks, beverages, and lunches. Support office maintenance and tech: work with the landlord and on‑site IT for AV, repairs, and tech requests. Handle incoming office requests from employees and track resolutions. Maintain office documentation and support global Workplace Experience initiatives with reporting and ad‑hoc projects. Oversee and handle Safety & Fire, and manage policies, medical journals, etc. Welcome and onboard new hires (office tours, desk set up etc) Drive local communication on Slack, intranet and info screens Partner with the Social Committee to plan and run micro‑events, happy hours, and onsite activities from setup to teardown. A people‑first mindset with strong interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and service‑oriented. Office or operations experience in a fast‑paced environment is helpful but not required. Strong verbal and written communication and time‑management skills. Availability to work primarily onsite at the Kaunas office, with occasional work in Vilnius. Comfort using Google Workspace and Slack; experience with Canva or AI tools are a plus. Experience coordinating events, catering, and vendor relationships (any level). Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written skills.
