We value in-person collaboration and connection but also understand the importance of offering the flexibility to work from home.Conversations with FWD PeopleBecause these are contract and freelance opportunities, our interview process is designed to be intentional and respectful of your time.Typically, this looks like:Intro Chat - A friendly conversation about your background, interests, and the types of work you enjoy most. What do you nerd out on? How does it relate to what we do at FWD?Skill & Scenario Conversation - A practical, collaborative discussion where we might walk through a real-world example together.
