How You Will Make a Difference Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
