Responsibilities

- Direct craft foremen and mechanical subcontractors on daily work tasks.
- Directly responsible for resolving field issues by coordinating with senior superintendents, engineers, and planning teams.
- Contribute to OAC, coordination, and foremen meetings when required.
- 5-8+ years of mechanical construction experience.
- Experience working in Life Science, Food & Beverage, or/and Mission Critical/Data Center environments is required.
- QA/QC experience highly preferred, including inspection readiness and installation verification.
- Experience supervising mechanical subcontractors and foremen.
- Strong familiarity with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and utility systems installations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and common construction tools (Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.

The Mechanical Superintendent II/III supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction activities-including HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and utilities-on complex Life Science, Food & Beverage, & Mission Critical projects . This role works under the guidance of a Mechanical Superintendent III or Senior Superintendent to ensure work is executed safely, correctly, and according to schedule. The Superintendent II assists in managing subcontractors, verifying installation quality, enforcing safety and QA/QC procedures, and driving daily field productivity on discipline-specific work packages
