Are you passionate about ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of HR solutions ?
We are looking for a structured and analytical People Solutions OPEX Analyst to join our team in India. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that HR solutions are not only designed effectively but are also tested rigorously, implemented consistently, and sustainably adopted across the organization .
You will act as a key quality and execution partner , ensuring that all HR solutions meet high standards of process excellence, user experience, and operational readiness.
What You Will Focus On
1. Quality & Testing Excellence (Core Responsibility)
Own , train and execute testing strategies for HR solutions (Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone)
Ensure solutions are accurate , reliable, and ready before deployment
Identify gaps and proactively challenge solution quality when needed
2. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and drive optimization initiatives
Apply methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma
Support the standardization and scaling of HR processes globally
3. Implementation Governance
Ensure projects follow defined methodologies, standards, and guidelines
Monitor quality of deliverables and flag risks early
Act as a quality gate between design and execution
4. Readiness & Deployment Assurance
Conduct readiness assessments before go-live
Validate process, system, and stakeholder readiness
Support mitigation planning to enable smooth deployments
5. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Ensure clear and structured process and system documentation
Drive effective knowledge transfer to Operations teams
Support sustainable adoption and ongoing support readiness
How You Will Work
Partner closely with the People Solutions Business Architect , People Solution Business Partner and People Solution Operations Analysts.
Collaborate with HR, HRIT, and cross-functional stakeholders
Act as the bridge between solution design and operational execution
What We Are Looking For (Must-Have)
Strong experience in HR systems / HR technology environments
Proven experience in:
Testing and quality management
Process improvement / continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to:
Identify gaps
Assess impacts
Propose practical solutions
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Ability to work in a structured, disciplined, and method-driven way
