FleetHub is a shared, enterprise-scale platform that aggregates operational, system, and event data from KLA tools deployed across customer fabs worldwide. It enables consistent monitoring of tool availability, productivity, configuration, and health across fleets, supporting both customer value creation and internal operational excellence .
This role operates at the intersection of metrology hardware, software platforms, data analytics, and customer operations . The Senior Director will provide executive-level leadership across multi-product, multi-division programs , ensuring FleetHub evolves as a scalable, reliable, and strategically differentiated platform used across KLA's metrology portfolio and beyond.
