Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor, providing insight on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Translate business goals into HR strategies and operational plans in partnership with Corporate HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Assess and evolve HR practices to ensure alignment with company strategy, values, and legal standards.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
Oversee all employee relations activities, providing counsel on complex and sensitive matters at all levels.
Coach leaders on employment law, company policy, and effective people management to mitigate risk and maintain a positive employee climate.
Monitor workforce sentiment and proactively address trends or concerns.
Collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise
Leverage expertise from Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Technology & Analytics to deliver effective, integrated solutions.
Partner with internal and external legal counsel on employment‑related matters.
People Leadership
Lead, develop, and mentor HR team members within the business unit.
Elevate HR capability by coaching leaders and managers on performance management, development, and feedback.
Foster a high‑performing, inclusive HR team culture.
Culture & Values
Serve as a visible ambassador of Holman's values in all interactions with employees, candidates, and external partners.

Requirements
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent operational leadership experience).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and HR policy.
Advanced understanding of employment law.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred
Master's degree in HR or a related field.
SPHR or SHRM‑SCP certification (or equivalent).
Experience supporting complex, multi‑site operations with multiple reporting layers.
