Lead the end-to-end delivery of business reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to automate manual reporting processes and enhance efficiency and scalability.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support high-performing dashboards and data models.
Develop and troubleshoot Excel-based solutions, including advanced macros, to streamline reporting workflows.
Manage ad hoc data requests while maintaining recurring reports in line with SLA commitments.
Create and maintain impactful business review presentations by synthesizing insights and coordinating inputs across teams.
Track, manage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets to ensure prompt delivery and visibility of requests.
Apply auditing and data validation best practices to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
Continuously monitor and improve dashboards to enhance usability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
Communication & Stakeholder Partnership (25%)
Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics inquiries, providing expert guidance and technical support.
Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Facilitate training sessions on Power BI, Excel, and reporting best practices to upskill team members.
Proactively communicate key insights, trends, and potential risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with teams across Operations, Compliance, and IT to turn business needs into data-driven solutions.
Identify and recommend innovative reporting approaches when standard methods are not viable, ensuring clear documentation and execution plans.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement (25%)
Validate and review reports and dashboards to ensure adherence to quality standards and business requirements.
Conduct regular process reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data definitions, workflows, and change logs, to support audits and training.
Ensure all reporting activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development, with strong SQL and PowerBI skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros), PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, stakeholder-focused mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms is a plus.
