Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize the R&D hiring journey, ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Project Management: Lead and drive talent acquisition projects and initiatives, from process improvements and employer branding to framework development and tooling implementation.

- Hiring Geographies: Experience hiring technical talent across the US, along with a deep understanding of international hiring nuances. Experience hiring within Europe, in particular; Finland, Germany, Poland & the UK is a strong bonus.
- Closing Mastery: Expert at navigating negotiations involving competitive compensation packages, equity structures, and buy-out scenarios.
