SAP & Parts Administration: Create and maintain accurate part data in SAP, ensuring completeness and compliance. Prepare parts for purchasing and perform regular data checks and corrections. Daily tasks include data entry, updates, and validation to support procurement efficiency. Success means reliable, error-free data that enables smooth purchasing processes. Minimal travel required.
Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance: Support the onboarding process for new vendors, manage vendor data updates, and coordinate with internal teams to complete vendor checks. Daily activities involve communication and data management to ensure vendor information is current and accurate. Success is timely and accurate vendor setup supporting procurement needs. Minimal travel required.
Sourcing & Research Support: Assist sourcing leads with supplier research, vendor communication, and organizing supplier information. This role supports sourcing activities through administrative coordination. Success is measured by responsiveness and quality of support provided. Minimal travel required.
Documentation & Drawing Control: Manage the sharing of technical drawings with suppliers, ensuring correct version control and document governance. Support procurement with accurate documentation management. Success is maintaining document integrity and availability.
General Administrative Support: Perform Excel-based tracking and reporting, manage documents via SharePoint, and support day-to-day sourcing administration. Success is timely and accurate administrative support that enhances team productivity. Minimal travel required.
Requirements
Basic experience or exposure to SAP
Proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail
Good organisational and administrative skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in procurement/sourcing
Experience with SharePoint
Background or exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment
Basic technical or engineering knowledge related to sourcing
