At MECCA, we're on a mission to create the most beautiful retail experiences in the world and our Store Development team is at the heart of bringing this to life. We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Store Development Coordinator to support the delivery of new stores, refurbishments, and brand rollouts across our network. The Role You Could Play: Reporting into the Head of Store Development, Facilities and Procurement, you will support the coordination and delivery of store projects across MECCA. You will: Support the coordination of new store openings and refurbishments, including liaising with internal teams and external partners Assist with project administration and collaborate with senior project managers to deliver stores on time and within budget Manage and prioritise minor works across stores, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to teams and customers Coordinate brand rollouts in line with Space and Range schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Monitor and reconcile project expenditure, including minor works and brand rollout costs
