Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in a fulfillment, manufacturing (or related role) environment
- 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
- 2+ years managing 3rd party client relationships or working in a customer/client facing role
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel to other sites (minimal to occasional)
- Strong verbal and written communication, including an ability to understand and relay company policies/procedures
- Dependable and personable team player who works well with both internal and external stakeholders
- Data-driven problem solver with an understanding of general business implications of decisions
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment with little room for error

We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team to manage staff and ensure all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the team works with efficiency and that departmental goals are regularly met. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports and TCG), be an expert in PSA's authentication and grading standards, and will be able to add experience and depth to our authentication team through both their expertise in the content but also their training and leadership skills. You'll report to the Manager of eBay and work from our Jersey City, NJ office. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
