We're looking for a B2C Marketing Working Student / Intern to help us grow our consumer-facing talent side. Responsibilities
- Consumer Growth & Acquisition
- Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform
- Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements
- Content & Social Media
- Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent
- Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community
- Community & Engagement
- Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform
- Help organize virtual events, webinars, and AMAs for the talent community
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on key B2C metrics: signups, activation, engagement, referrals
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives
- Use data to identify what's working and double down on winning channels
