About the role
As a Deployment Specialist , you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical and operational support to our customers while ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects and customer programs. You will work closely with internal teams and customers, helping to deploy, support, and maintain Sensitech solutions that protect product integrity and drive customer success.
Responsibilities
- As a Deployment Specialist ,, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing multiple projects simultaneously using standard project management phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
- Coordinating internal resources to support customer pilots, programs, and ongoing operations
- Setting up customer software, databases, and shipment information while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Providing remote technical support, including troubleshooting, sensor swap-outs, and annual calibration activities
- Assisting customers by researching, responding to, and resolving inquiries related to Sensitech products, hardware, and software
- Communicating effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and timely resolution of technical issues
- Using ticketing systems and CRM tools to track, manage, and resolve customer issues to completion
- Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Data Center teams, including participation in NC/CAPA processes when required
- Reviewing and executing Work Instructions to ensure compliance with Sensitech quality systems and procedures
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to Sensitech policies, procedures, and warranties
- Performing other related tasks as assigned
Requirements

- As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as RF, Wi‑Fi, and Cellular
- Experience working with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Experience supporting technical products in a customer-facing or project-based environment
