About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. As a key member of our Talent & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. Training & Development Assist in identifying training needs through departmental consultation and performance evaluations. Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g., safety, hygiene, POSH, fire safety). Program Coordination Prepare annual training calendars in coordination with the L&D Manager. Schedule training sessions and ensure maximum participation. Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports. Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts as required. Performance & Evaluation Collect feedback and assess effectiveness of training programs. Track employee development progress and recommend improvement actions. Assist in conducting training needs analysis (TNA). Talent Development Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Assist in coordinating cross-training and multi-skilling programs. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Compliance & Audits Ensure all training documentation meets brand and audit standards. Maintain training trackers for internal and external audits. Support implementation of quality and service improvement initiatives. Employee Engagement Organize team-building activities, workshops, and engagement events. Promote learning initiatives through internal communication channels. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in L&D or HR, preferably in luxury hotels. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest experience. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
